Pitch your tent or park your caravan or motorhome on this six-acreage empty block of land, with complete privacy and a seasonal water catchment area from three sides with a water flow during winter. The land is easily accessible for all types of vehicles - everyone welcome! The land includes wide open spaces and some bush areas. There is some undulation, but also plenty of level areas to set up. It's basic camping, you'll need to have your own toilet and leave no trace. Campfires are only permitted when restrictions aren't in place - please check this before lighting a fire, and you'll need to BYO firewood as there is none here. Drinking water tap available - please be mindful of your water usage, and ensure the tap is off when not in use. Dog-friendly. Close to Clunes centre

Tent

Nice, quiet and close to town, for the best spots go through the second gate and to your right, then along the creek.

The images on the listing are misleading, we accidentally ended up on the neighbours property. Once we were set straight we realised the area we were camping on was not ideal. Waist high grass, no accessible flat area, big rocks hiding in the grass. The add says complete privacy, however your only option is to set up at the front of the property due to the hazards, hidden rocks, large out of control bushes etc. You are in full view of the road and neighbouring homes. There's also an old decaying camper left on the land.

A great space!

PLEASE CHECK WITH HOST BEFORE ARRIVAL - WATER ONLY AVAILABLE DIRECTLY OFF THE MAINS METER. NO WORKING TAPS. We had a fantastic time. The block is quite flat at the top, slopes away and then flat again. So plenty of space for bigger groups or multiple vehicles. We had no trouble with our 30 foot van. Clunes is a very small but very beautiful place. The servo in town, fantastic service and the gentleman there let us fill our water tanks there. Great food, atmosphere and service at @ fifty two Cafe in the main street. Creswick is about 15 minutes drive for a large IGA, more cafes and fuel. Thank you Kasi for sorting out the water issues. Thank you for having us.
