There are separate campsites available. Rodborough Vale is 600 acres with a combination of creek flats, native bushland and rocky volcanic outcrops. A working sheep property with some cropping, It is home to the well known Rodvale Border Leicester Stud. Farming in harmony with the native fauna and flora, guests may be able to spot many native species including platypus, wedge tail eagles, kookaburra and many more. Fronting Deep Creek, guests have access to fishing or just sit and listen to the crystal clear water meandering past the campsites. The farm borders Tullaroop Reservoir which is only a ten minute walk from most campsites, there you can find public toilets and picnic areas it is well known for its fly fishing for trout. The boat ramp is around 400m from the front gate and guests are welcome to leave vehicles and trailers on the property for convenience. Note : The reservoir is currently only open to electric powered boats and canoes. Dogs are welcome but must be very well behaved around sheep. Flushing toilet available at the shearing shed. Good access for caravans and large RV's. Local attractions are the historic towns of Maldon, Clunes, Avoca and Dunolly all part of the Central Goldfields.

Great spot for relaxing and fishing
Great spot by the creek, very peaceful and relaxing, did some fishing caught some Redfin, great host came to check up the on us certainly will be back soon

Best weekend
A wonderful place to relax, loved every minute of our stay, Mark is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of space for the to explore and adventure.

Spillway View
We had a wonderful long weekend away at Rodborough Vale - beautiful, secluded campsite with access to a gorgeous creek perfect for fishing. Lovely, welcoming and helpful host. Already looking to book a return visit.

Creek Flat
Camping with kids amongst the stars
Absolutely beautiful! My two boys had a great time playing near the river and was cool seeing the animals. Views of the stars and the moon were breathtaking. Toilet was about a 1-2min drive away so be prepared for that if you don’t have a portable toilet like we did. But overall would definitely come back! Also big shout out to Mark who was super helpful!

Highly recommend camping.
Great place to go camping. We stayed at spillway view, very pleasant outlook. Campsites are a good distance from each other so you don’t hear other people, definitely a private spot. Mark is very friendly and accommodating, he came and introduced himself and gave us a rundown of the place. Can pretty much go where you like on the property. Mark was busy when we arrived, very easy to find your way to your camp. Some reviews stated the signage is poor and hard to get to your campsite. I would say completely opposite. Found it very easy. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend. Thanks Mark👍
