OFF GRID secluded Tiny Farmhouse getaway in Hidden Valley (Maricopa AZ)! Wake up to amazing sunrises and sunsets with a Mountain View from every window! This Tiny House has 2 lofts with Lindspa Queen Mattress in each and a twin sized sleeping area on the lower level, Sleeps 5 max. This is more than just camping, it’s glamping! Battery & solar powered with a back up quiet dual powered generator to top off the battery when needed helps keeps basic services running. Full Bathroom with shower, bucket sink & composting toilet (that doesn’t stink!) Kitchen with mini fridge/microwave, cooktop, outdoor cooking area including propane grill and firepit (propane included)! RVs ok, plenty of space to spread out (no RV hook ups on site) Everything is set up when you arrive so you can get right to the complimentary s’more’s! No need to buy or haul in your camping equipment, Includes 5 Coleman camp chairs, Coleman ice keeper cooler, Mini Kuerig Coffee Maker, basic cooking utensils, paper products. Linens, Towels, Electric blankets available for use or bring your own. Complimentary toiletries are available just in case you forget. A great place to learn energy and water conservation and experience what it’s like to live off grid! Things to do: The Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino multi entertainment complex with Bowling, Movie Theatre, Arcade, Restaurants only 7 miles away. The Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course and Box Canyon Outdoor Shooting Range, less than 3 miles away. NOTE: You will hear shooting from this location. Those sensitive to hearing guns should not book this accommodation. The City of Maricopa has everything you need only 8 miles away! McDs, Burger King, Wendy’s, Jack in the Bx, Carls Jr, Culver’s, Taco Bell, Panda Exp, Li’s Garden, Sai Sushi, Yogurt Jungle, Freddy’s, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, Subway, Native Wings, Wings to go, Dominos, Little Caesars, Papa John’s and more. Grocery: Sprouts, Fry’s, Bashas, Walmart. Ace, Harbor Freight, Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, MOD, Crumble Cookie, Cold Beer and Cheese Burgers, Dunkin, Dennys, IHOP & more! Ross, Marshalls, CVS, Walgreens. The Cooper Sky Sports complex with Lake (catch and keep fishing) picnic area and playgrounds.Site 1- Off Grid Tiny Farmhouse Campsite area only. Please note parts of acreage has rough terrain so please park along dirt road at campsite area only. This site overlooks BLM land so you are free to hike and bring your Off Road toys! Power: On site generators are for Tiny House use only. This is an OFF GRID Camping/Glamping Tiny House powered by Battery & Solar (there is a back up dual powered gas/lp generator on site that can recharge batteries in less than 40 mins) Guest will have power to run lights, ceiling fan, portable fan, Mini fridge, electric blankets, blue tooth audio system, Microwave and Cooktop. Propane grill, fire pit will be onsite. Site is set up as shown in pictures when you arrive. Water: 5 gal Bottled Water on site for drinking water. Onsite bathroom has bucket vanity sink, lighted mirror & composting toilet & shower. Guests should limit showers to 5 mins (75 gallon potable water capacity) for showering & kitchen use. Host provides paper & plasticware. Outdoor lights and outdoor security camera are solar powered. Tiny House is self contained with 4 holding tanks. Host is responsible for removing all waste from composting toilet & tanks. Guests should NOT attempt to remove waste. Composting toilet has a fan to remove unwanted smells & dry waste. There are no additional RV hookups but you are welcome to park your RV on the property in vicinity of tiny house & share the campsite. Host does not live on site but close by if needed. You will have privacy on this secluded 1.+ acre lot with stunning Mountain View’s from your window. Close to City of Maricopa & Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino & Entertainment complex.

TINYHOUSEADVENTURE PERFECTION!

This was a perfect one night off grid experience! We had everything we needed to enjoy the natural desert; feeling very secluded and private on the acre plot with perfect orientation of the home to capture the beautiful sunset on the mountain peaks. It is everything as promised so read carefully. If it sounds good to you, it likely will exceed your expectations and be great! We will definitely be visiting again.
