The ideal location if you're looking for neighborhood vibes but downtown access. Located in the historic Garfield district, our home is super convenient to downtown, hospitals, entertainment, delicious restaurants, the airport, and highways, including the I-10, 51, I-17, and 202. This is a parking spot located behind our home and in front of our neighbor's home on the same lot. **Please be clear on the length of your camper. There is no room for forgiveness as it affects others.** Power: 110V only. Maximum Length: 21 ft -Downtown Phoenix/Roosevelt Row - 1 mile -Downtown Tempe - 7 miles -Old Town Scottsdale - 9 miles -Galvanize Coworking Space - 1.5 miles -The McKinley Social Club - 2.3 miles -Banner University Medical Center - .5 mile -Phoenix Children's Hospital - 1.5 miles -Abrazo Heart Hospital - 1.5 miles -Valleywise Medical Center - 2 miles -Chase Field - 2 miles -The Van Buren - 1.4 miles -Crescent Ballroom - 1.3 miles -ASU Downtown Campus - 1 mile -Papago Park - 6 miles -South Mountain - 7 milesKeep it simple at this centrally-located home neighboring downtown Phoenix with private parking. This is an active and walkable neighborhood. There’s easy access to the I-10 and other highways, grocery stores, coffee shops, laundry mat, and retail stores within a couple miles radius. Activities and events are plentiful in the downtown area. The parking area is between the rear of our home and the front of our neighbors as several lots in this area have two homes/structures on them.

The space is small but doable in a Sprinter van and worth it for being close to downtown. Boris was responsive to a parking situation and made sure I had a safe place to stay. I recommend this site if you're in Phoenix.

Great downtown spot!
20 ft campervan
Great spot to access what’s happening in downtown phoenix. We went to Chase field for a ballgame. The parking area is tight front-to-back, but adequate for our 20’ rig. And it has shade in the afternoon which is a bonus in phoenix! The host, Boris, was friendly and accomodating.

Great week in PHX
15 ft travel trailer
I felt so lucky to stay here for my week in Phoenix. I was traveling through Arizona and needed a space to stay while getting my laptop fixed. I learned how cool Phoenix is and loved how close everything was to this little backyard site. Boris and his wife were super friendly and helpful and I liked walking my dog around the neighborhood. Close by things I recommend in PHX: pay what you want night at the art museum, the fried green tomato sandwich at Welcome Diner, Dialog for coffee and a neat place to work, Hance dog park and Enrique at Mac Repair Phoenix downtown. Also, I stayed in a Nucamp 320 Travel Trailer and used Boris’ electric (with an adapter) and water. Boris also shared his WiFi and my trailer’s WiFi had strong signal (Verizon, starlink, ATT).

Boris met us at night with a flashlight to guide us to his place. Nice level spot. Centrally located. It was just what we needed. Easy access from the freeway. He was a good host.
