We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. We ask for minimal impact - removal of all waste and rubbish is the guest's responsibility. Dogs are permitted but must be under control at all times. Tandem hang gliding gift vouchers are very popular, as you get to take off from the property and flyover you’re campsite and then up to 2500ft. Then come and land right next to your friends and family at the Oz Sky Ranch. We pride ourselves on keeping the property lovely and clean. We are also opening our home and farm to you. So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. If it is bad weather, we will recommend another site or you can change dates. Campfires are allowed at designated camp spots when fire bans aren't in place. Firewood is available to purchase . We have a no dog policy. No smoking is allowed on the property, vaping is fine at your own campsite. No glass Policy, bring cans or leave your wine bottle in your caravan or tent/car. Bring plastic glasses to drink out off. We do have a lot of rule, they are in place to give you a Beautiful environment to Camp in and To look after our Animals and farm. We accept groups however we have strict rules around this, so please discuss with us first. If you are up early in the morning you may be lucky enough to see the best in QLD barefoot water skiers training on the lake and also tandem hang gliders getting towed up from the airstrip. A beautiful creek descends through the 135 acres which includes rainforest that is listed as State significant vegetation. There is a deep swimming hole at the waterfall and other swimming areas up and down the creeks. You can hike to the upper plateaus that feature two ancient Strangler Figs with ocean views and a view of Mt.Warning as well as to the Bushranger Caves and lookouts higher up on the Lamington Plateau. Natural beauty is everywhere you look with mountain views, volcanic boulders and rock formations, Upland Rainforest and lots of wildlife. This is a property for nature lovers. Further along Christmas Creek Road takes you past the Christmas Creek Cafe and onto Lamington National Park and bushwalks to the Stinson Memorial Crash Site and Larapinta Falls.
