Our location is a couple of miles north east of Wellington on the east side of the interstate. We are located on a dead end road. It is very quiet with a rural / farming landscape. We have beautiful mountain views with no visibility of the interstate. Many farms around us have horses, cows and even some peacocks. Please come and relax in this quiet corner of Northern Colorado. This site is in a rural part of northern Colorado with easy access to I-25. There are many outdoor destinations as well as city amenities nearby. We have full hookups with water, sewer, and 50amp electric. Our site has accommodated large (40+ foot) motorhomes and 5th wheels as well as smaller RV’s. Fort Collins, CO is 15-20 minutes to the south. Cheyenne, WY is 30-45 minutes to the north. Estes Park, CO and Rocky Mountain National Park are 75-90 minutes to the west. The Pawnee National Grasslands are 60-75 minutes to the east. Denver, CO is 60-75 minutes to the south. Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park are great destinations, just 40 minutes away, where you can boat, fish, hike, and enjoy God’s beautiful creation. Our property is a beautiful alfalfa and brome grass field with some trees and a farming landscape. Many farms around us have horses and cows. Longer stays can be accommodated.

Wonderful easy to find site near Route 25 to stay one or more nights. The site was quiet and hosts were accommodating. I would stay here again.

It was a beautiful place in the country, not far from town. Jason was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. He had an adapter for us to borrow and he helped us find a welder. The site was clean and level. We could see the mountains in the distance and we had cows as neighbors. It was a wonderful place to stay!

This was such a peaceful little spot, and amazing to have full hookups! It’s exactly what we needed to lay low for a few days when my husband hurt his back. Thank you!
