Single RV spot on a large corner lot property! This quiet neighborhood is truly a hidden gem and sits along Hwy 14 just east of I-25. Easy on-off the interstate and only 10min from downtown. This concrete RV pad is plenty big for large RVs and sits on a half acre corner lot in a quiet neighborhood close to I-25. Guests can enjoy electric hookups (see pics), water access via a hose, and Internet. There are no bathroom amenities onsite. Bagged trash should be placed in the garbage bin out front. Poudre Valley Co-Op is right down the road for propane fills and there are options for sewer dump nearby.
There is a private fenced in side yard that will have a brand new fire pit in spring 2025. There are no city restrictions on fires as the property resides in unincorporated land. Only restrictions are red flag days.
The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and there's a trail along the west side that opens into a canal for longer walks. There are mature trees everywhere and it's especially beautiful in the summer and fall!
The site is 10min from downtown and we are happy to give you any local recommendations!
