We loved tent camping on Eva’s land. Nice and secluded, yet still close to town. Easy access to hiking, surf, and amenities.

Front Yard Camping
This place was decent. We appreciated the convenience into town from this location. Crescent City is a cute little town! The price is good compared to camping nearby, and it was great having wifi for my husband who works remotely. We are traveling cross country, and this was a one night stop for us. I don’t think I would want to stay here more than one night, as it is a few camp sites in the front yard of a house.

Great stay!
Fab little stay! Tucked away nicely. Close to the surrounding adventures in the redwoods and along the coast. I stayed in site 1 with my 20ft airstream, this site is on more of a hill so small RVs will want levelers. Site 2 was larger/flatter so grab that if you have an RV.

Buyer beware
These pictures are misleading at best. We arrived around 5pm day of check in with our travel trailer after hours of driving. To start things off the road to get to the home was close to impassable and this was not mentioned anywhere, bottomed out the back end a few times. Then we get to the home finally and find the house is butt up against the “camping” spots with 0 privacy. I go to knock on the house to introduce myself and had a very weird interaction with a renter I guess who is currently occupying the home. I rented both sites at this property to get privacy for the weekend and got the opposite. I would recommend people find another spot, I had to last minute find a pivot for 7 family members Memorial Day weekend which was not cheap.

Private and quiet
Eva's place was quiet and private. I was in late and out early so didnt have the opportunity to enjoy all that was offered. Previous reviews mentioned a rooster, but he must have moved on. The road is a little bumpy, so slow down. Follow her directions, not GPS.
