The Ranch at Cross Road
Peaceful spot on edge of East Bay
Needed a place to stay in our van after a work event in Pleasanton. This place was perfect. Peaceful and quiet aside from roosters in the distance. There were others camping on the property but we saw and heard no one. Only the very curious goats in the barn. Loved the shower that was within walls but had an open ceiling. The outside air was a little chilly during our stay but the water was plenty hot. I liked that we were able to pick our camping spot from many site options. Our AT&T hotspot worked well for working. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

The ranch was very spacious. Nice big spots with plenty of room. Very quiet area. Matt's communications were immediate and very helpful. Would absolutely go back.

The Ranch at Cross Road
The ground has large cracks, 5 -6 inches wide. Very hard to walk on and dogs have more trouble. Also a few people seem to be living there full time and kids riding the mini bikes around. I’m on a phone call and this kids rides right up to me.

The Ranch at Cross Road
Peaceful and Clean Air
The Ranch at Cross Road is a peaceful retreat for anyone in or traveling through the Livermore area. Spaces are spread out and clearly marked. The common facilities were clean and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all travelers/campers.
One note of caution when approaching the entry gate. If you have anything bigger than a van or small camper, just know that you make the left turn from Cross Rd at a curve in the road. We have a 33' fifth wheel, so had to literally park in the middle of the road to run over and put in the gate code. All worked out, as things usually do, and this would not prevent me from recommending this great Hipcamp
