Meadow 2
We had a lovely time here! When we arrived, we asked if we could switch sites and Nick was super friendly and accommodating. It’s a short walk down to the creek which was beautiful and refreshing. Gorgeous trees and views. The peacocks were always strutting around and we saw some frogs at night. Would definitely stay here again!

RainDale Cove
Camping with Nature Sounds
RainDale Cove was a nice little spot for our group of four. We were able to fit three tents with room for more. We can see our neighbors from our site, but it’s still very private. You can hear the peacocks all day and night. We even had one walk by our site! The frogs by the creek croaked all night. This is where you want to be if you want to hear vibrant nature sounds!
The porta potty was clean and right by the site. There is a light on all night (electrical pole) near the porta potty, so it did hinder the dark skies (new moon) a bit. We got to see the stars the first night, but overcast the next. We ordered two bundles of firewood and Dave was awesome on dropping a generous amount off. Dave is quite a character and a great, friendly host. We recommend this site to others!

Oak Creek Beach
Pleasant stay
We booked 3 nights at CampRaindale and couldn’t be happier with our stay. If you’re looking for a good shaded site with easy access to the creek, I would definitely recommend staying at Oak creek beach. This site had everything we wanted and a porta potty is at a short distance.
Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would love to be back. The only downside is the road closure (road 150) which added an hour more of driving to our trip. Also, Nick was very helpful and answered our questions.

Meadow 2
Delightful
Campground is well maintained and easy to drive in to. Lovely spot with lots of wildlife around, peacocks and a goose(?), blue jays, etc.
Plenty of space overall! Watch out for bees and velvet ants if you have small kids or curious dogs. The creek is a short walk away and it’s cool and refreshing! We’ll be back again for sure! Thanks Nick!
