Rural
Tent
It’s definitely fitting for the price. The site was very easy to find and David was super responsive! The immediate tent area was flat and clean. There was no toilet or amenities, as advertised and the junk is still there. The stars were beautiful but you should be prepared to hear some wildlife. There were plenty of coyotes (we only heard a bunch of them but didn’t see any) so as a group of girls we would not choose it again for that very reason. If you are more outdoorsey and used to nature sounds this may be the spot for you, but i agree with a previous comment - i would not appreciate my boyfriend bringing me here.

Good spot
Tent
Can’t beat it for the value, great spot to pitch tents and do some stargazing after a sweet hike at the Grand Canyon (highly recommend the Grandview Trail).

Wouldn’t bring my girlfriend
Tent
It was nice and private and secluded. Could see the stars and was beautiful. The bathroom wasn’t working this time around cause David was fixing it and it was extremely messy when I was looking around. The door was wide open too. Not a place I’d bring my girlfriend.

Room with a View
Tent
This site was very easy to find as the roads are well-marked, but they are REALLY rough. Woodlands Ranch Rd. is the WIDEST gravel road I've ever seen & every inch of it covered in washboards! When I pulled in, David met me & ran barefoot ahead of my truck to guide me in. Snow-capped mountains in the distance--very pretty. No amenities, but beautiful sunrises & sunsets, tons of stars, & total peace & quiet.

Slight confusion getting to the actual sight. Get there while the sun is up or else you’ll probably get lost.
