Learn more about this land: Park your RV, trailer, or camper van on our 1.5 acre property. We are located near the cities of Cave Creek, Scottsdale, and Phoenix AZ. There is close access to numerous trails for mountain biking and hiking in the beautiful Sonoran Desert! This spot is partial hookup with water and both 30 amp and 50 amp power. There is a dumping station approximately 2 miles away for your septic needs. Enjoy the beauty of the nearby desert and mountains. It is common to hear the coyotes and owls and other wildlife at night. The javelina herd often passes through as well as an occasional bobcat. Feel free to say hello to Luna, our Belgian Malinois! Palo Verde Retreat

Good spot!

This was a peaceful spot to land before an early flight. Roxanne was super friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. The space is relatively private and doesn't feel like a city or anything.

Palo Verde Retreat

This was our first Hip Camp experience. Roxanne’s directions to her private 🏕️ campsite were clear & easy to follow. Although the weather in Phoenix was hot we enjoyed the privacy & spaciousness of the campsite. Water 💦, electricity were provided. The host & hostess (Roxanne) were very friendly & accomodating. We would definitely recommend Palo Verde Retreat in North Scotsdale & plan to visit again.

Luna the pup adds to this gem!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We stayed longer because it continues to be a perfect little oasis right outside of the city. All needs are close by! We were able to walk our dogs when it got cooler around the neighborhood, which is lovely. They enjoyed being outside in the evening where there is a little patio area. There’s a big park with grass less than five minutes where our dogs loved to take walks. Luna, their pup on the property, is also the sweetest. She greeted us with smiles and kisses!
