Bedding, all kitchen utensils, including pots and pans, silverware dish towels, dish soap, hand soap basically everything is in there ready for you. The shower is nice and big and fully stocked! We are located 3 minutes from Sarasota Bay and 15 minutes from Ana Maria Island! Come and go as you please! Safe and welcoming neighborhood.

Your cabin has a full bed for two and a comfy pull out couch that will accommodate two more. The cabin is located on private property with owners and security on site, yet plenty of privacy. During the day, paddle your way to the beautiful Three Sisters Springs for a swim. You may see some manatee, turtles, and dolphins along your way! Hunter Springs is a great little park with a beach area for swimming and kayak rentals too. There are also several Diving with the manatee tours available. This is all only a short drive from camp. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, kayaking, pontooning just five minutes away, or just relaxing back at the camp. Heritage Village is in town filled with many hometown eateries and shoppes. It's a great way to spend the afternoon and explore Crystal River. We have a variety of great one-of-a-kind eateries with many special events and festivals throughout the year. Conveniently located at the end of the street is a Publix, DG, Mexican restaurant, Brother's Pizza and Beef O'Brady's. Firewood is available on site. We wanted to stay in the woods and that is exactly what it was. My first time "glamping" and I recommend it. Nice to sleep in a real bed, have AC, heat and protection from the elements. We made a fire every night and enjoyed the trees, birds and squirrels running around. It is close to the main house, but we were unbothered and it felt private. Definitely a thumbs up! Very quiet yet close to town.

We loved our stay! It was an adorable cozy little cabin with the benefits of camping--dinner over a fire, enjoying the outdoors, and an outdoor shower (so cool and enjoyable--even when it got cold at night!). We will definitely be back here. Perfect for a short getaway weekend and very easy to take kids with you without the stress of cramming into a tent and/or getting bad sleep on the ground. We brought out 5 month old and had plenty of room for her portacrib ! Very simple and fun!

My partner and I decided to extend our vacation to spend more time paddle boarding the beautiful springs and seeing the manatees, and Colleen’s place was affordable, peaceful, and in close proximity to the springs! We loved showering under the stars in the hot outdoor shower and we made an excellent meal on the charcoal grill. We didn’t use the bonfire pit, but the set up was really cute, with a hanging bench and an outdoor table and chairs. Although the place is situated fairly close to Colleen’s house, it still felt private and comfortable. We are avid and seasoned campers, so this “glamping” experience was familiar to us and had just what we needed (a warm, dog-friendly place to stay with a bed and hot shower) for a fraction of the price of an AirBNB or hotel stay. We would definitely visit again! Thanks Colleen!

Great getaway cabin! My wife and I brought our dog Zoe for the weekend to go see the manatees and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. The weather was perfect and the campfire was roaring. Our host graciously provided the firewood and gave us a great brief tour of what to expect. She even provided local knowledge on some local bars etc. our dog Zoe was fine in the cabin while we left in the AC and we went hiking not 10 minutes away. I would highly suggest this place and we plan to come back one day.

It's a perfect central location for exploring the surrounding nearby springs & Gulf. A 10 minute drive to Crystal River & Three Sister Springs, & a 20 min drive to Homosassa Springs National Park.
