Our property is 10 acres of pasture/wooded forest that boarders a creek on an easily accessible road. The trailer sits next to our homestead. It is a Restored 1957 Yellowstone trailer. She has a composting toilet and a bath/shower & full kitchen. It runs on propane and electricity.watwer tanks in the trailer have to be filled for more than normal use which I will do at a reasonable time:)I will show you how it all works when you check in. Hiking trails surround us. Joe Young Pioneer Center & Snaggy Mountain are just down the road.Nestled In the Blue Ridge Mountains beautiful Burnsville has so much to offer.Just a few miles to downtown with brewery, pizza, coffee shop & art Galleries. The Toe River is a short drive away as well as Penland School of crafts. We have animals we care for in the morning. We ask that you arrive before 8:00 PM so we can get settled in for the night.we also have a curfew of 10 pm.we rise early at 7 am to care for animals in pasture next to the trailer.Easy access to our vintage camper near downtown Burnsville/Celo/Penland/Toe river.Privacy fence separates trailer from road/farm.Open up the front door to nature & easy hiking trails. We have goats, chickens, peacocks, dogs, cats & a pig.All are friendly but we ask you to let us supervise visits. The Creek is easy access and provides cooling and relaxation when it’s hot.Our home is right next door so if anything is needed we are here to help!

It was a great experience. St patiently explained everything. And helped us with everything we needed. Petting the animals was fun.

We loved the stay! Host Stephanie was amazing, helpful and friendly. We wanted to see the goat babies and she helped us to see them and were able to pet her dogs, they are very friendly. The place is private, well equipped with running water, electricity, stove, dehumidifier and a place for bonfire. If you want to sleep and wake up to the sound of a running stream you should book her place!

cozy airstream & gentle stream
Loved staying in Stephanie’s Airstream! It’s super cozy & well taken care of. There are hiking trails behind the property, & a gentle stream out front to sit by. There are friendly goats, chickens, pigs & peacocks nearby which she also introduced us to in the morning! Thank you Stephanie!
