There are some very private campsites available or you can choose to be near the pottery shed where breakfast is available for $18 and barista coffee for $5. Pottery lessons are also available for $77.00 for a 3-hour booking and Deborah, our resident Potter, is capable of instructing young or experienced potters. Coal Creek Pottery camping is located near Esk and Somerset Lake, with eateries and opportunities for swimming and boating. It's only 113 km from Brisbane, making it ideal for a weekend or a couple of weeks away. Enjoy the beautiful views and the peace and quiet of this serene location. We really enjoyed it. Great scenery and camping. Best part was dogs could roam free. Pottery was great, highly recommend.

The wife and I had the absolute pleasure to set up camp here for the night! You couldn’t get any more peaceful! Beautiful breakfast and the wife loved the pottery lesson. We definitely will NOT be strangers!

Lovely friendly people and Alfie ( dog) was the best . Did the pottery class on site in the big shed and was very welcoming and knowledgeable..

Coal Creek Pottery camping and RV
A perfect spot for a getaway from Brisbane. Tim and Deborah were the perfect hosts with stories to tell and Alfie .. what a great doggy life he has. The property affords views galore, peace and tranquility, Animal and bird life to spot, sunsets and stars to gaze at. A wonderful stay and we will be back again

Coal Creek Pottery camping and RV
Excellent spot for a relaxed break. Superb views at sunrise and sunset. Stars galore. Managed to get a couple of nights staying at the top of the hill with no other campers, very peaceful. Pottery class was fun and the hosts were good fun too. Breakfast was delicious, even for the vegetarian we forgot to give notice for. 10/10, we'll be back.

Coal Creek Pottery camping and RV
Great views, surrounded by nature, and you can hear a pin drop. The dogs also loved running around and playing witht he resident dog, Alfy. My wife is very proud of the pottery she did.
