Beautiful location. Well maintained grassy sites.
Clean toilets. Very scenic location & the creek across the road was lovely for dogs & humans alike for a refreshing swim . 20 minutes to Rathdowny Pub for lunch. It’s a shame the daytrippers did not respect the rules of take your rubbish home ! They left a terrible mess for the owner to clean up.
Highly recommend & will be back🥰

Amazing First Experience at Andrew
Tent
This was my first time using the Hipcamp app and my first visit to Andrew Drynan Park. I spent the weekend there with friends, and it was an amazing experience. It felt like a hidden paradise, with a beautiful river nearby where we could swim and relax in nature. I loved everything about it!
Big shoutout to the park ranger as well—he did a great job checking in on campers and making sure everyone followed the rules. He was like a ninja when it came to finding people trying to camp without paying and making sure they were charged.
Highly recommend this spot!

Loud drumming
Tent
The camp grounds are amazingly well kept with everything you could possibly need. The only problem was that during our stay there were some arrivals late in the afternoon who totally disregarded the rules with playing drums and loud music way into the night followed by washing their dirty dishes in the creek and the hand basin near the toilets. The drumming was so loud as being in a valley amplified it 10× that kept me awake most of the night. Noise restrictions need to be enforced so others can enjoy this place.
