There are 40 acres located on the The National Monument Mesa above Grand Junction, Colorado. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. There are some trails that are good for walking on the property. Additional BLM lands are within a short distance to access Ribbon Trail head, Bangs Canyon and Little Park parking areas.Trails right out your door to go wandering and exploring. Multiple spots to set up a chair and relax in the mountains. Very quiet area with barely any noise. Short walk to the farm area to sit and visit with over 40 ducks, geese, turkeys and a Guinea fowl. Multiple ponds with spots to set up your lawn chair and read a book.
