Enjoy the large lawn as well as the covered patio with firepit, BBQ, picnic table, and an outdoor TV. Site is located on a Cul-de-Sac to make maneuvering your rig easy. The Blue House is just South of downtown Grand Junction and is adjacent to the Mesa County Fairgrounds, KOA Campground, and the Old Spanish Trail. Easy bicycle access to the riverfront path, Las Colonias Amphitheater, and the Lunch Loop trail system. Well behaved dogs welcome. Blue house is OK

Nice location. Good amenities. We were going wine tasting so perfect for us. Didn’t take advantage of all the amenities as it is too cold here in November! Neighborhood good for walking our dog. Didn’t actually meet our host.

The backyard is nice easy to relax with our dogs. Laundry facilities which made it great. The person who lives in the house is super easy to get along with. You do share the backyard with him, he just has a little pugsley dog which is super cute. Only downside is the neighborhood is a little bit of Sanford and son. Other suggestion is to use the host phone number not the hip camp messages he does not seem to get those. I was staying in Grand junction I would come back here.

Stayed here on a stop over while traveling cross country. Nice and quiet. Hookups are in excellent shape.

The pad was easy to access and provided full hook ups. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.
