We arrived after dark, which made finding the site a bit challenging. We didn’t notice the white PVC pipes marking the location until the morning—adding reflective tape to the pipes could make them easier to spot at night. While searching, we also realized the nearby road seems to be a spot where people tend to leave trash, which was unfortunate. We stayed on New Year’s Eve, so there was a distant neighbor partying, which kept us up a bit. We understand wanting to celebrate the occasion, though! A highlight of our stay was spotting an adorable little fox—it made the experience special. Overall, this was a pleasant spot to spend the night while passing through.

I loved car camping on Nathaniel land! Lots of room for activities and beautiful site seeing. I highly recommend this location. One thing to note is that you might get lost, due to google maps or Apple Maps not being accurate. I contacted the host for clarification. Despite that, I would stay here again in the future.

We got snowed out and so didn't actually end up staying, but Nathaniel was communicative and helpful when we texted for additional directions.
