    20 acres of farming land, originally an old dairy farm now just set up as a hobby farm for our young family to enjoy. Plenty of animals with cows, horses, dogs, chickens and the cat. The property is also visited by lots of different bird species a koala here and there and some resident possums. Surrounded by farming land meaning no close neighbors and plenty of space to spread out. Just 10mins to the edge of town, 15mins to town centre and 7min to Premier Speedway for the racing enthusiasts. With plenty to do in Warrnambool and surrounds it’s a great location to set up base while you explore, particularly if your after some space and quiet or have a furry companion. If your are traveling with a bigger group please let us know as we can accommodate for more than just the published sites.

    Our property is located in Port Fairy, close to the highway and a short distance from the beach. You have access to the front area of the property where there is a private area for a small tent or a caravan/van. Guests must be self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. There is a fire pit available for use and firewood is available to purchase for an additional cost. Maximum of two cars per booking to ensure you fit in the space comfortably. We have Breakfast packs available for $20 pp which include - cereal, milk, fruit and freshly baked muffin from Bp baked that morning. * 12 hours notice required Our home is 5 meters away and we have a horse and cows on the property. There is a large timber fence around the property, so it's very secure, should you wish to head out for day trips. Pets welcome to stay too! We have puppy 2023 and dog staffy. Very friendly. Port Fairy is a lovely coastal fishing town in the southwest of Victoria, well known for its Famous Folk festival in March Long weekend. Charles at East Beach offer you Beautiful Meal and Fishing Bait is available at TATTSLOTTO shop 64 sackville street. . We are renovating the house. 2023 all completed by May

    Welcome to wide open skies and expansive fields overlooking the remarkable Mt Elephant. Our property is around 2 hours from Melbourne, and offers fresh spring water with incredible views, and so much space! Pull up in a caravan or pitch a tent in a location of your choosing across our numerous fields. We offer a number of camping sites, but there is so much space, you'll be able to easily find a private and peaceful patch. All fields have wonderful views and are easily accessible. We don't however have toilets, so please ensure you are fully self-contained, with your own camp toilet. Campfires are permitted depending on local fire restrictions and ratings. Please ask if you’re unsure of the conditions during your stay. We recommend BYO firewood, as there is a limited amount of fallen timber around the grounds. We're also pet friendly, so you're welcome to bring your four-legged friends along. We are a working farm, with mostly cattle and sheep, so enjoy watching happy animals grazing and the local wildlife going about their day. The property is very well located to be a base camp for day trips throughout the southwest. Things to do in the local vicinity include plenty of options for walking, bike riding and horse trails, plus countless lakes including the nearby Deep Lake and Lake Ettrick (or Tooliorook) - both wonderful for swimming and stocked with fish. These lakes provide excellent opportunities for boating, water sports and fishing. There are also plenty of great local pubs and attractions, all within a short distance. The historic and charming Elephant Bridge Hotel is a short drive away in Darlington, offering meals in one of Victoria’s oldest continuously licensed venues. You can also find supplies just down the road at Derrinallum, or Lismore, which are each a mere few minutes drive away. A little further afield is friendly Camperdown, one of the best resources country towns in the region with dozens of eateries and activities aplenty for visitors.

    “East Beach Coastal Stay” is a picturesque coastal property situated between East Beach and the Moyne River on the edge of the historical Port Fairy township. Port Fairy is a beautiful coastal town in Victoria’s South West, with its beautiful beaches, 18 hole Golf Course and walks, it is also famous for the world renowned Folk Festival held in March and other music events throughout the year. The camping area is a wide-open paddock, with plenty of space to accommodate multiple groups, where you are welcome to choose your own site. There are no facilities, so you must be self-sufficient with your own toilet/shower and we kindly ask you take all waste when you leave. Public amenities are a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Strictly no fire pits allowed please. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times as there are livestock close by. The property is a short 3 min walk to East Beach, 15 min to Moyne River and the historic wharf, and a 20 min walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket, making it the perfect location for access to Folk Festival activities. The nearby Port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail passes through Koroit is ideal for the casual cyclist or jogger. Port Fairy is a 10 minute drive to Tower Hill and 25 minute drive to Warrnambool. Just over 5 acres of former dairy farm just outside Simpson, close to the Otway Gourmet trail, Great Ocean Rd, Otways National Park and more. The Coradjil Bushland Reserve is across the road. Great regional towns such as Timboon, Port Campbell, Peterborough and more are all nearby. If you want rural peace and great pastoral views, amazing sunsets and sunrises, and love bird-watching and nature-watching, this is a great place to stay. There are currently 2 retired and very curious dairy cows in the paddock where they are living their best life with treats and no demands on them except to allow pats occasionally! We are a sanctuary for all. No hunting parties. Note: you must have your own toilet and shower.

You wouldn't know the township is just a stone's throw away! Great for anyone who would like to enjoy the close proximity without sharing your space with a multitude of other campers. You must have toilet facilities on board. No facilities, just a great space to relax. Our site is suited to fully self-contained travelers in motorhomes, caravans, or camp trailers. Campfires are ok outside of fire restriction season in the designated fire pit - please check with us. It's a flat property with good tracks and accessible via gravel roads. Just off the Princess Highway, yet not able to be seen, and road noise is not an issue. Less than 5km to Premier Speedway. The Hopkins River and boat ramps are accessible to either walk to (35 min walk down the road) or a 5min drive (4WD in the wet season) - a great spot for fishing, canoeing & solitude. 10km to the Warrnambool Breakwater boat ramp to access the ocean.

We are central to beautiful spots. Find caves at Byaduk and a gift store. Not far from Hamilton you'll find falls to wonder around. Portland has pick your own strawberries along with the tram to take a ride. Warrnambool you'll find the Breakwater, Hot Springs, Mini Golf, Tower Hill Reserve, Hopkins Falls.Please message if you have any enquiries about lengthy stays, or if we appear booked out.

The Block is just 300 metres off the highway and has all-weather road access, so it's ideal for an overnight pit stop or to park up for a few days and enjoy the region. From camp, you'll have views of Port fairy and Tower hill. There is a golf course and airstrip on the opposite side of the Belfast Lough. And it's just two minutes drive from Port Fairy, and 15 minutes from Warrnambool. Electricity is available if needed, and we do have bore water (unsuitable for drinking). The Belfast Lough is fed by the Moyne River, which passes through Port Fairy. It's a great spot for recreational fishing, with black bream, sea mullet, estuary perch, mulloway, whiting, barracouta, snapper and Australian salmon. The estuarine salt marshes provide important feeding areas for many migratory bird species and the endangered Orange-bellied parrot - so it's also a great spot for bird watchers!
