Hampton Park is located in Winslow, just a 10 minute drive north of Warrnambool. We’re ideally positioned close to Lake Cartcarrong, Tower Hill, Koroit, Port Fairy and Woolsthorpe, making it the perfect base to explore the region. Experience the peace and tranquillity of back-to-basics country living. Hampton Park offers spacious grassed camping areas surrounded by beautiful farmland, gardens, lawns and established trees. This quiet, peaceful property is home to resident koalas and abundant birdlife. Guests are welcome to enjoy a community campfire in the designated area only. Bagged firewood is available for purchase nearby, and all local fire regulations must be strictly followed. You’re free to choose your own grassed area to set up camp. Please note that Hampton Park has no amenities, so campers must be fully self-contained with their own toilet and follow a strict leave-no-trace policy. We are dog-friendly; however, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times due to the koalas on the property. Fresh water is available from multiple taps across the property for your pets. Hampton Park is easily accessible and suitable for all types of vehicles.

We are located 10/15 minutes off the A1 Princess HWY via Portland Rd or Codrington Bessiebelle Rd. 35 minutes from Port Fairy. Just off track if your on route to SA or VIC. Shower & toilet Bore water for washing up Flat grass Mowed flat area in front of machinery shed available for camping. We run of rain water so please respect water availability when using the shower and toilet. You must be self sufficient otherwise and leave with no trace left, thankyou. (No water & no bins) The shower & toilet is the original outhouse from the 50s, located within the deck of the house. It's not flash, but shower is hot & toilet is clean. We're happy to have doggos, but be aware of other campers, our free range chooks and any stock in the paddocks. Heywood is 30 minutes which hosts Mt Eccles a beautiful spot to hike or ride, you'll find a IGA, a lovely pub meal, a skatepark and an outdoor pool. Tyrendarra you'll find the river where you can fish, use the boat ramp. Narrawong also has fishing & the beach. We are central to beautiful spots. Find caves at Byaduk and a gift store. Not far from Hamilton you'll find falls to wonder around. Portland has pick your own strawberries along with the tram to take a ride. Warrnambool you'll find the Breakwater, Hot Springs, Mini Golf, Tower Hill Reserve, Hopkins Falls. Please message if you have any enquiries about lengthy stays, or if we appear booked out.

Our property is located in Port Fairy, close to the highway and a short distance from the beach. You have access to the front area of the property where there is a private area for a small tent or a caravan/van. Guests must be self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. There is a fire pit available for use and firewood is available to purchase for an additional cost. Maximum of two cars per booking to ensure you fit in the space comfortably. We have Breakfast packs available for $20 pp which include - cereal, milk, fruit and freshly baked muffin from Bp baked that morning. * 12 hours notice required Our home is 5 meters away and we have a horse and cows on the property. There is a large timber fence around the property, so it's very secure, should you wish to head out for day trips. Pets welcome to stay too! We have puppy 2023 and dog staffy. Very friendly. Port Fairy is a lovely coastal fishing town in the southwest of Victoria, well known for its Famous Folk festival in March Long weekend. Charles at East Beach offer you Beautiful Meal and Fishing Bait is available at TATTSLOTTO shop 64 sackville street. . We are renovating the house. 2023 all completed by May

Endless views of the sky. FeatherLeaf is so named because of all the trees and all the feathered friends - kookaburras, currawongs, Satin Bowerbirds, King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas, just to name a few. So many to photograph or just watch! Listen to the cacophony of kookaburras at dawn and sunset. Frogs and munching macropods (wallabies and kangaroos) at night. Bring a telescope and view the amazingly clear night sky (OK, sometimes it's cloudy)!. Just over 5 acres of former dairy farm just outside Simpson, close to the Otway Gourmet trail, Great Ocean Rd, Otways National Park and more. The Coradjil Bushland Reserve is across the road. Great regional towns such as Timboon, Port Campbell, Peterborough and more are all nearby. If you want rural peace and great pastoral views, amazing sunsets and sunrises, and love bird-watching and nature-watching, this is a great place to stay. There are currently 2 very curious and friendly dairy cows in the paddock where they are living their best life with treats and no demands on them except to allow pats occasionally! We rescue, rehabilitate and release wildlife and there are released kangaroos pottering around, so dogs are welcome but must be under control. We are a sanctuary for all. No hunting parties. Note: you must have your own enclosed toilet and shower.

Good directions so easy to locate. Very welcoming host, happy to chat. Choice of sites suitable for a variety of camping vehicles / options. Quiet apart from usual farm animal noises which weren’t intrusive. Toilet & shower available.

Very very well kept site. Just lovely. Away from the hustle and bustle of Warnambool but close enough to get supplies and enjoy the town if you need. Recommend a trip to koroit while you’re staying. Great little town. We loved the peace and quiet. Shame we had to leave we would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommend.

Rob was a great host; He popped over to say g'day and really made us feel welcome. The campsite was well-kept, and the scenery was stunning. Only downside was that it could’ve been a bit closer to some walking tracks, especially for my dog, and it would’ve been handy if there were toilets nearby.

We took our camper trailer and our bull terrier to Hampton Park. I don't know what to say except we have stayed in almost 30 different Hip Camp sites and this is by far one of our favourites. The beautiful, well maintained and gorgeously presented sites, went well beyond our expectations. The views, the hosts and the whole stay was just wonderful. If we're ever travelling through Warrnambool again, I already know where will be staying. We would 100% recommend Hampton Park.

We had a wonderful time at Hampton Park! The hosts were so understanding about our car troubles - resulting in us arriving after dark (they assisted in guiding us into the site) and then departing late (as our car wouldn't start). The hosts were very understanding and helpful. The site is beautiful, on a lovely lawn amoungst lovely trees are overlooking paddocks. No koala spotting for us, but our daughter very much enjoyed chatting to the cockatoo and playing in the playground. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return again!

We had our dogs and couldn’t book into a caravan park as it was a long weekend, so we wanted to find a spot that was pet friendly, away from traffic, and safe. We arrived and left while it was dark, so we didn’t get to see any of the area but the ground was flat and plenty of space.

What a spot! Beautifully maintained patch of land with odds and ends around the garden. Peaceful and perfect. Would love to visit again. Hosts are the loveliest people and good for a yarn and laugh. Highly recommend making the trip and booking a night or two.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more if it tried! Beautiful sites, nice and big grass level sites! Most welcoming camp hosts! Originally only had 2 nights booked but added another 3 after the first night! So peaceful and had the most amazing sunsets! So pretty and peaceful. Plenty of space and flat green grass. Close enough to town but far enough to feel a long way from anywhere. Great base for exploring Great Ocean Road and Port Fairy. Thank you Rob and Julie.
