Aireys inlet is a unique tiny town with so much to do. The local beach is iconic for surfing and swimming, the local creek is a favourite at the inlet for young kids to swim or for canoeists to have somewhere quiet to paddle. Mountain biking is a must in the area, with thousands of tracks available right outside the back door. If you have your own horse you can bring it along on holiday with you, we have paddocks available and there are so many gorgeous tracks around to ride on and beach riding at low tide and the right times is a bucket list item! The location itself is 17 acres and is next to the Painkallac creek in a peaceful bush setting. This location used to be a horse riding school which is now not running but has been converted to offer camping, caravan and RV parking. It’s only 1.5 km from the beach and the Otway national park is right on your doorstep. If you have bikes, horses or love to hike or run, or just laze on the beach, it’s a perfect location, be ready to be spoilt as there are so many tracks on offer in our stunning local beach and bush land. The local town of aireys inlet has plenty to offer, a general store for all your essentials, loads of places to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner and only 1 3/4hrs from Melbourne. No need to stress if you don’t want to be near anyone else, this is a small setting so it’s very private and its only got one space to rent so that you have peace and quiet. If you do have friends and want to book a double space please just message me and I can open up another space for you. Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. My partner and I had a great time camping at Bay Park. The grounds were lovely we stayed down the far end which made you feel like you were in the woods. It was peaceful and relaxing. The new toilet/shower block was clean the toilet down near us was a little dated but all added to the rustic feel. The staff were amazing, shout out to Michelle for being so friendly and accommodating we will definately be back. Also the beach/shops are an hour walk and there is also an hourly bus outside the campsite if you don’t drive.

Michelle was amazing, and really accommodating we really appreciated all her help. Awesome spot! We loved camping at Bay Park! Great camping ground layout under the tree with very good toilet and shower block amenities, park benches and some power points for charging phones and equipment in places and fire pits available for camp fires. Excellent location not far at all to drive to Mount Martha beach and nearby cafes and services. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, at a great price. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Great camping spot, 10 min drive from Mount Martha South beach and in a nice park. The toilet and showers were better than expected and the rangers were super friendly and helpful. Fire camps are permitted as long as the weather allows and there’s potable water on site. Only thing to note is that the Site E has a slight inclination which is not ideal for setting camp up, but it isn’t a dealbreaker.

Staying here felt like stepping into an enchanted garden. Amanda greeted us at the front gate and took the time to show us around the property she was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable. The facilities were immaculate, with everything thoughtfully provided. We especially loved the outdoor shower and bath under the trees at sunset such a beautiful and relaxing experience. It’s obvious Amanda puts a huge amount of care and pride into the gardens; they are absolutely stunning. You can also tell the hosts have been caravanning themselves, because everything you could possibly need has been considered and made available. We ended up extending our stay just to enjoy the place a little longer. It’s also perfectly located, with so much to see and explore in the surrounding areas. A truly special spot that we’d happily return to and highly recommend.

Bay Park’s land is peaceful and spacious, with a lovely natural setting that makes it a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, the stay was nice and enjoyable. One small issue was that one of the toilet near the campsite could not be opened by my husband, and in another toilet the lock was not working, which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be great if there was an open kitchen area available where campers could cook some basic meals. Apart from these minor points, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the calm environment. Thank you

Marc is a great host and keeps his property in perfect appearance. His dog Murray is very friendly and the chickens and geese roam around freely and kept our children and grand children entertained. The swimming pool and trampoline was appreciated as well. We would definitely return.

Marc’s little piece of serenity was just what we needed as a family coming together after Christmas. The boys loved the chickens and Murray was just a delight, making himself at home in our camp. Nothing was too much trouble for Marc.
