Camping on Coppards
Steve was a fantastic host, we were made welcome from the moment we met. The property is set out in a spacious yard with water and power availability. We stayed for 11 nights after having some car trouble, Steve was really understanding and flexible with us extending our booking multiple times as required. The yard is very secure with a locked gate that you can come and go as you need, knowing your setup is locked up safely. Location is great, only minutes from the Geelong water front and nearby shops. It’s also in close enough proximity to day trip to the eastern end of the Great Ocean Road attractions (for example, Great Ocean Road memorial arch & round the twist lighthouse) We would not hesitate to stay here again, Thanks again for having us Steve!

Steve, the Host is awesome and his property is, too. We enjoyed our night and were made to feel at home. I would totally recommend this affordable and beautiful Hipcamp. We’ll stay again on our way back to Tassie.

Excellent location for exploring
This was an excellent location for exploring Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula. The host Steve was so friendly and very accommodating. We camped in the front area so had our own space. Highly recommend.

Camping on Coppards
Quiet location, pet friendly
Lovely grass sites with a very helpful host in Steve. 5 minutes from town centre, and Bellarine Peninsula in the other direction. Nice pool, pizza oven, with good water pressure and power. Very quiet location, and pet friendly. Wineries close by. Handy to Port Phillip, the Rip and Tasmanian ferries. Will be making Steve at Coppards a regular stop whenever visiting Geelong or the Bellarine.
