This is a Valley with lots of pioneer history, Mining was the attraction in the day, Mackay mine hill tour is a must see in this area. Craters of the Moon National Monument/Park is also a must see. The history here is as long as the view is. Come see and for your yourself. As the phrase goes "Adventure is out here! " Look forwrd to seeing you
Anthony was the best host. We arrived much later than we expected. When we got there it quickly became dark. He helped find perfect spots for tents, get our fire started, and was a great emotional support when one of the tent poles broke.
The pole got fixed, the fire was amazing, and my hope of seeing the stats came true. Definitely want to go back and stay a little longer.
We had an amazing time staying on Tony's property. He was so helpful and accommodating and I highly recommend his space. The views are just incredible and he provided fresh water for the RV, a bundle of wood, clean portapotty, trash cans, picnic table, etc..
His place was also close to craters of the Moon national Park and 1000x better than staying at the local KOA or other near-by RV campsites.
It was a pleasure to stay there. A really calm site and we loved being next to the river. Tony was really lovely to us and brought us everything we needed for a perfect stay! Would really recommend staying there.
Anthony was an exceptional host and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, if they are coming through Arco. The sites were very clean as well as scenic, even when the river isn’t flowing. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to help with any problems we had, if they occurred. All around a 10/10 experience!
This is a great spot! Tony is a very kind man and the river is beautiul even when its not running. Would visit agan! Great hospitality and a great host.
