Riverside Tent Site #2

We booked a tent site on the last weekend of august for our little family’s first ever camping trip. It was very warm but Carol-anne and Lyn were very accommodating and we had the whole little campground they had set up beautifully all to ourselves. There was enough water to go and wade in the river, and they let us run an extension cord and fan the second night to stay cool. My 2 yo got bit by fire ants and they had some itch cream for sale right away in their little office/shop. Will definitely go back. Thanks guys!

Camping with A/C

This was a great spot for our first vacation as a family of three. We wanted to feel like we were camping but with A/C since we had our 3 month old in tow. The camper is very well maintained and clean. The river was low but beautiful all the same. Hosts were very nice, responsive, and helpful! Would stay here again!

Boulderdash Cabin

Great family / dog friendly camping

Great family campsite for people with pets. We stayed at the cabin which was perfect since it was a short walk to the river and our dog could watch us from the fenced in porch. Grill and firepit were great and the kids loved building dams in the river.

Riverside Tent Site 1

Awesome Camping with animals.

Great place to stay. Quite, and the hosts were the absolute best. Primitive camping with the comfort of knowing there are bathrooms, electricity, and necessities if needed. Our trip was cut short, but we hope to be able to come back one day. I do want to point out the river is all smooth rock and pebbles. Bring water shoes for your human feet and your fur baby's feet too.
