It's totally country .2 miles to State land and lots of trails and bike trails it's a very amazing place to get away from it All but close to candor and Ithaca college and Cornell university. Have a wonderful time just sitting by a fire pit outside or stay in side and read a book or something that you can only do if you get away from it allCome hang out in this awesome country side. Check out the water falls The cauga lake our colleges Ithaca and Cornell there is so much wildlife to see if you want to and the leaves are changing I have plenty of heat and blankets and pillows for you a TV if you need one much more than just a little house
