Quiet parcel connected to a private home, 45 yards from the Atlantic Ocean and boat ramp access available. This location perfect for paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. Beach and play water area at that beach park. Shaded areas for sitting. Can accommodate up to a 38 foot trailer and undercover parking for vehicles. Commercial Gas grill available for use as well No sewer connection but there is water connection on site- 110 power would be included.This is an ideal location for those whom want to experience the Florida keys close to the water. There is undercover parking for golf cart and one for a car. There is water and electricity available. There is 20 amp and 50 amp service.. The home is a 4 year old seasonal home that is ONLY used by the owner, meaning no others will be there except the tenants. Not interested in one night rentals, unless it is known party. Seeking one week more at a time or seasonally preferred. Pets- I love dogs but this is a residential area and have bad experiences in with barking and dogs signaling on any other dogs and anyone. Nearby. Having said that I remain open to dogs but please be honest about noise and the nature of the dog - it is a quality of life issue that will serve to jeopardize community acceptance of HIPCAMP. Thanks

Islamorada Beach Retreat
Beach is far from location
The owner of the property could have given me the correct address upon arrival. Instead he sent me to a beach and then texted me the address. this is all at 8 pm in the dark. He also told me the beach was 40 yards away. I am disabled and was looking froward to walking the beach from my campsite. the beach was 5 blocks away. There is 88 yards in a block making it 440 yards away. I am a therapist at www.mentalhealthsuppoert .ca. I teach people being true to there word. My book picture your life is all about being true to yourself!

It was private. The water was 4 blocks away. He told me it was 40 yards and that was not true. There is 88 yeatds in a block. I am disabled and this was very disapointing.

It’s a great quiet place to stay that feels very laidback but also very well kept. The park is just down the street with amazing views

Location Location Location! James is in an excellent area with beach nearby and all the town amenities. A beautiful place to retreat to after coming down to the area to deal with a stressful family emergency. Much gratitude for the safe haven James. Highly recommend !
