About this space A visually exciting indoor-outdoor experience! The cavernous studio has 12-foot ceilings that open up on two sides to spacious patios with fountains. Queen-sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, plus a high-quality sofa-bed. Super-sized kitchen, wi-fi, television, phone, washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and off-street parking. Lushly landscaped. 10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to the city. Not suitable for parties, visitors, or pets. Smoking outside only. The space A truly one-of-a kind, insanely colorful space. Artful details and architectural antiques abound. Kitchen has a big pink fridge, green gas range, chartruse coffee-maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, and other basic cooking implements. Bath has shower and private toilet-room. Two closets, dedicated phone line, wifi, and cable television. Immerse yourself inside a hand-painted art-piece created by a life-long visual artist...(that be me). Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the studio, patios, and driveway. The washer and dryer area outside is shared. The Little Blue Bungalow

SoCal Second Honeymoon

We absolutely loved this Bungalow in Topanga Canyon!!! It was quiet, the tubs and water features were so relaxing. Bill was a perfect host he communicated very well an then let us have our privacy while on site. We are already dreaming of how to make it back to our Little Blue Bungalow!!!

The Cutest Casita on Earth

Upscale glamping

Everything tended to with perfection. Lovely outdoor area with an abundance of plants and trees, and a choice of either a bed inside the tab our outdoors is a luxury bed with canopy. Complete privacy overlooking the Topanga Canyon, if you are looking for a nature getaway, this is the place. Amenities like a lovely hot shower with tub, and kitchenette.

The Cutest Casita on Earth

Wonderful stay!

The cutest Casita is so cool! All details are covered! we Loved sleeping in the outdoor king sized luxurious canopy covered bed. And the little tab was just as comfortable. The location is private and quiet, and the view is just wonderful. We always stay here when we travel to so cal. Bill is an absolute wonderful host.

The most stunning place my partner and I ever stayed in. Bill was so friendly, and gave us an amazing tour of the historic property, the stunning landscaping, and the gorgeous interiors. We are definitely coming back!

The Cutest Casita on Earth

Picture perfect

Bill's place is an incredibly cool set-up with a secluded vibe that feels like a movie set. Perfect for a little getaway. Definitely would recommend with a couple of caveats: There is a locked gate to enter the property, but there is an open narrow pathway in the back that leads to an access road that runs behind it. No gate. Not sure why it's set up this way as it seems it would be easy to install a gate, and it doesn't feel unsafe, but it doesn't feel completely secure either. Also, we stayed here in mid-July and it got pretty buggy at night, so be sure to bring mosquito repellant. Other than that, we got a great night's sleep with the sounds of nature all around us, and the place is adorable. I would stay again during another time of year, but really only if the back pathway was gated and secure.
