The Ranch is a special place in Santee and can provide a wonderful refuge for people. It was built in the 1940s by the hands of family and friends. The buildings, five acre plot, and granite fixtures remain almost identical to the day they were built and are a constant project to maintain. Your business contributes towards keeping the grounds maintained and our latest projects - which include reestablishing our irrigation system so that we can start farming the back 3 acres. The Ranch Retreat- central location

Very satisfactory first hipcamp experience. This spot would be perfect for anyone travelling through and not wanting to spend 4x the amount on a hotel. Close to everything you need, no amenities but pet friendly and we are self-contained, so it was perfect.
