The year round pond and creek along with level terrain make this a rare gem in Nevada County. A 5 acre parcel, but feels much larger as it is bordered by a couple hundred acre cattle/horse ranch and Wolf Creek. I love my little slice of paradise and look forward to sharing it with you. I live on site about 100 yards down the hill from the site and the terraced terrain make it quite private. I am readily available to answer any questions or help how ever I can, but am also just as happy giving my guests their space.Enjoy the sounds of nature swaying pond side on a hammock or enjoying cocktails in a lounge chair. Tucked away in the pines, but just 10 minutes to a grocery store this camper turned cottage is sure to give you a mental and physical recharge. Quiet and relaxing with minimal noise and light pollution make this spot perfect for a get away. Vast open skies offer exquisite star gazing. The year round pond and creek are rare gems here in the sierras. Inside the camper has been remodeled with updated paint and furniture. A brand new queen bed, pull out couch and air mattresses available on request make this the perfect spot for a gathering of friends, family or even a romantic sanctuary. Need some extra room for more guests? Contact me about camping options. I am happy to have a large 2 room tent set up with bed(s) and linens for your stay or direct you where to set up a tent of your own! HDMI to C/lighting cable for streaming to Smart TV or Projector directly from your phone or tablet. Good cell reception though I do recommend downloading when possible to avoid any potential glitches or buffering. You can even enjoy a movie night under the stars with the portable projector and screen. There is a fairly extensive DVD collection as well! We look forward to your stay! Surrounded by Local Wineries and Hiking Trails 30 minutes from the beautiful blue waters of the Yuba River and Nevada City a cute mining town full of shopping, food and nightlife 1 hour 30 minutes from Tahoe

Thank you, Nicole for a great experience. Two of us stayed overnight for the meteor shower. The night sky was perfect for star viewing. The trailer was well stocked and very comfy Steven & Kristy

Glamping in paradise

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nicole's property and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The pond on her property was teeming with life and activity - fish jumping out of the water. It was a serene and picturesque scene that truly made me feel at one with nature. The Rv that Nicole provided for my stay was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming and welcoming, and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside. Nicole herself was a gracious and accommodating host, always available to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Her property is a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, my stay at Nicole's property was a truly memorable experience, and I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you, Nicole, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with me.

Great place for glamping! Nicole anticipated all of our needs - ac, cooking supplies, basket of toys for kids, canoe, paddle board, fire pit (propane), BBQ…and more! Highly recommend for parents with a young kiddo or two!

This was a magical spot! It was really beautifully maintained and so peaceful. There was a really sweet pond with Lillypad and frogs and Dragonflies. Lots of outdoor seating and a clean, cozy camper. Thank you, Nicole!
