āļø Weather Preparation (Winter: JanāFeb 2025):
During the winter months, nighttime temperatures can drop well below freezing. Please come prepared with warm clothing, a cold-weather-rated sleeping bag, gloves, a hat, and insulated boots. A safe portable heater can also be helpful for staying warm.

Highway 180 is well-paved, but once you turn onto Laguna Rd, it becomes a dirt road. The property itself is a bit bumpy, so drive slowly and carefully for a smooth trip.
