We are minutes from Jay Peak, swimming holes, hiking trails, and less than a 45 minute drive into Canada.
This area of Vermont has snow all winter, and mud in the spring. I do my best to keep the driveway clean and most of the time there are no issues but ideally you would want 4WD and snow tires
The cabin is about 300-400 feet from the driveway and house, yet it's very private in the woods.
We also utilize all of our property for gardening, logging, tapping trees, bee keeping, milling, stacking and moving wood, etc., so you will probably see us during your stay. But no worries the cabin is comfortably private.
There is no electricity at cabin. You should have phone reception but no wifi available.
