This is 20 acre lot that has had nothing done to it in years So I decided I was gonna Use it as campsites So It is on a dead end road Very private Peaceful quiet Close 2 town About 2 miles away from the store gas. We are about twenty min from jay peak . 20 miles from Morrisville stowe is 40 min away Things you'll need There is a lot of wildlife in the area we do have deer we do have bears And other small critters in the area People can come make their own campsites Or we will have some made-up There will be an outhouse on site For people to use Must bring their own toiletries Thank you and there will be more information as we growYou will be allowed to camp anywhere you please within the 19 acres there will be An outhouse for people to use please bring your own Toilet paper wet wipes And whatever else you may need.As we grow there will be Some lean tunes And pacific campsites As we work on the property To make it more convenient for people they will be off road parking for people .Campfires will be allowed small campfires and you will be allowed to pick up any of the wood that you want out of the forest To use to burn as long as you don't cut down any trees Anything that's on the ground You are welcome to use to clean up .What ever you bring in you must clean up and take out with you we will see about putting cans out for recyclable bottles and aluminum cans Thank you
