Exactly in the middle between Jay Peak and stowe/smugglers notch. Each person staying on the property will have to provide a government identification and sign a liability waiver. Upgrades soon to come. The site is an elevated plateau nestled aside a mountain and surrounded by trees. Directly in between Jay Peak and stowe Vermont. 2 miles from eden lake. I will require to see an official identification upon arrival and a liability release of all persons staying on the property. My property extends upward and beyond the leak for 100+ acres. Gives a lot to explore.
