The property was nice and relaxing and felt very private. It was great for my kids and dogs to run around. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Private spot
The views and sunsets are amazing! There is a long distance on gravel/dirt roads to get there, but it's worth it.

Very nice quiet piece of land near several reservoirs, and not too far from hiking in Buena Vista.

This was a nice, quiet spot amid many other camping lots and a few homesites in the meadow and rolling hills going off into the distance. There are some trees and rocks near the campsite, though these abut another parcel that is marked 'no trespassing'. However, there is plenty of room for a family or small group to set up an off-grid camper or pitch tent(s) and enjoy the vast views, and no other campers too close. There is a slight slope to the terrain. I'd recommend driving in from the south via US-24 and CR-15 to avoid some of the bumpier parts of CR-15 coming in from the north. Either way, the last couple miles off CR-15 are going to be bumpy in places, but the site is still relatively easily accessible with a regular vehicle. The driveway into the campsite is not very well marked, but if you look closely you'll see the tire trails leading up to a small fire pit to the right of the trees. Our host David was quick to respond to messages in the days leading up to our stay. This would be a good place to stay for a night or a few days as you explore the state parks and other attractions in the surrounding area.

Had a blast out camping on this property. Our friends group does a big weekend get together twice a year, one in the winter renting a cabin and one camping - this year we chose this property and it was perfect. Private, quiet and big enough for us all to spread out. As a heads up - in the summer, the afternoon heat is very intense. Bring an extra tent or two for shade, or plan to visit some of the nearby water during the height of the day. Otherwise amazing site!

This is the perfect spot for tent camping (plenty of flat area) and an epic spot for star grazing (we had binoculars and were able to see clusters of stars you couldn’t see with your bare eye)! Absolutely beautiful for a quick camping trip!
