This RV space is located in Leander, TX and includes water, electricity, septic (full hook ups) and even space to have your own garden (if you wish). All utilities are included including trash service so we can assure the space stays clean. This neighborhood is very peaceful but also just 10 mins from the local HEB grocery store, Starbucks, fast food, local cafe's and amenities. 30 minutes drive from Austin Texas and the downtown day/night life. People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind. Weekend Trip to City of Killeen RV Park

Every store or restaurant you could imagine was 5 minutes away. The sewer dump station was kinda hard to find until I finally read the directions and it was easy then. Price was very reasonable and site 1 was excellent. Stayed Friday until Sunday for great grandkids birthday party. The rv area was very well lit and clean.

Weekend Trip to Georgetown, Tx Hideaway

We had perfect stay. The sight was level. The only adjustment was from unhitching the trailer. The hook ups are easy to access. The power is 50 amp but the host has 30 amp adapters if needed. We arrived after dark the drive was lit up with ground lights and the host met us outside to direct to out spot. The location conveniently is out of the high population areas but still close to Georgetown and Austin area activities. We will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting the perfect spot

Weekend Trip to Georgetown, Tx Hideaway

Pamela was a very nice host, the site was level and accommodating for two travel trailer/RVs. The drive way is a little steep and a small dip as you come off the main road. In an RV with a toad, it can cause the bumper to drag or the hitch for the toad to bottom out. May be best to disconnect the toad on main road (traffic is light on the main road). Also the electrical hook up is 50 amp. Pamela was receptive to feedback and even identified some changes she would possibly make for the entrance. Overall, the location is lovely and close to lake Georgetown as well as downtown Georgetown.
