The property features 150 acres of open flat grass with trees peppered around boundaries, and peaceful views of the mountains close by. We are located close to the township of Little River, made famous for movies that were produced here including Mad Max and The Dress Maker. We offer several campsites suited to self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water supply. Not too far from here you will find the You Yangs, which are the geological signature to Melbourne's western horizon. This low-lying mound of hills is a truly ancient upwelling of granite, having formed more than 350 million years ago. There are some great places here to explore, with options for mountain bike trails, horse-riding trails, orienteering areas, picnic grounds and even a nearby paint ball place! Your dog is welcome. Campfires permitted (when not in fireban season). Farm on left side ( entering gifkins rd) with double gate with Digital Lock System, so you need New code every time ( entering and leaving farm) digital code change every 5 mint. sorry for any inconvenience. This property features 150 acres of open flat grass with trees peppered around boundaries. It was ok but certainly overpriced for what it is. Just a paddock, with little to no maintenance. We just fit our van through the gateway as there is a tree that needs a few limbs chopped off. Van is 21ft and 2.5m tall so not huge. Maybe if weeds were sprayed, limbs cleaned up and bull ants sprayed could you charge $40 a night. The gate is locked with no code provided until we rang, despite me messaging owner 2hrs prior with our eta. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed one.

We got the place to ourselves and we loved it. Remote, quiet (didn’t hear the paintball/firing range), awesome views. Our son and dog ran around like crazy having the best time. No frills but we didn’t expect that. Great spot.

Never responded to my message regarding arriving late (that I sent days prior). Got to the property at 8pm and the gate was locked shut. Very inconvenient, would not recommend this place.
