Escape to Nature at Our Summerholm Campgrounds Wake up to stunning sunrises and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of local wildlife. Our property is located in beautiful Summerholm, just a short drive from Plainland (10 minutes) and Laidley (15 minutes), with the Fairview Tavern and local shops in Hatton Vale only 7 minutes away. Toowoomba 40 miutes away. While we encourage hiking and bushwalking, please note that trails have not been established yet. This is a working farm with cows and goats, so for safety, please ensure your dogs are either contained or kept on a lead at all times. Campfires are welcome in the provided fire pits but must be fully extinguished before you leave. We cater to self-contained campers only, so please bring your own camp toilet and be sure to leave no trace. Generators are allowed, as there is no power to the campsites. Reconnect with nature in this peaceful rural setting!

We had an incredible stay at this off-grid oasis! The property is beautifully maintained with ample space to spread out and relax. During our time here, we spotted an array of wildlife, including possums, goannas, kangaroos, and even baby wallabies, making it a true nature lover’s paradise. The hosts were fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. We’ll definitely be back!

Thanks Ash for sharing your gorgeous land. Directions were accurate, lots of very well maintained flat spots to choose from with plenty of privacy. We seen some wallabies and a array of bird life, magical sunrises around the mountains. Lovely spot
