Minutes from most 46er peaks and mountain bike trails. 20 minutes to Whiteface. Footsteps away from the Ausable River. Peaceful spot on quiet back road. In town but out of town. Restored pine plantation and fruit orchard (active restoration in progress). No PortaJohn. No running water. Guests must have their own water and restrooms. Owner lives on the premises.

    This is a very beautiful location along the Ausable river, easy walk to dining and a nice bakery. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
