Very poor drainage. You want to ask if the ground is squishy with water in the deeper ruts. It has been a wet fall but no storms in the past several days. So unless it's a dry spell, my advice is to try to acertain the ground conditions.

I actually wasn’t able to camp on the property. The path onto the land isn’t maintained and was brushy with tall thick weeds and not navigable so I wasn’t able to drive to the clearing as advertised. It would be possible to park along the highway and then hike in and sleep on the land in a tent, but I sleep in my camper van and truthfully wouldn’t want to sleep along the highway anyway. So if you choose this spot, be aware that you might not be able to drive onto the land, depending on the time of year and kind of vehicle you are driving.

I don’t think the map is correct and the instructions are very vague regardless. I have not heard from the host to confirm if I stayed in the right place!
