    Nestled on 40 acres of mountain land in Upstate NY, our eco-friendly glamping site offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by lush blueberries, wild strawberries, and sweet blackcap berries. Unwind in style with solar-powered glamping accommodations, featuring a luxurious soaking tub. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby creek, and enjoy the tranquility of our forest surroundings. Start your day with a complimentary breakfast to fuel your adventures. Driving distance to Field of Dreams, Baseball Hall of Fame, beautiful New York State Parks breweries, wineries and so much more that Upstate New York has to offer. We have specially curated the space to create a unique experience of your home away from home in the peaceful woods. *Offering just about everything you need to prepare your food by the campfire. We also have a propane cooktop available to rent. *Fully stocked bathhouse with hot running water. *shared with other site *Queen size bed with fresh linens and extra blankets for those chilly nights. (For 2025 we plan on adding diesel heaters to each site) *Complimentary breakfast from 8-10am with farm fresh eggs and waffles, tea, coffee and hot cocoa Bring your favorite food, kick back, disconnect and watch the stars dance for you across the sky. * Please note that, due to high demand and limited availability, our luxurious tubs are reserved for guests who book a minimum stay of two nights. If you are booking a one-night stay, we kindly request that you understand that the use of these amenities may not be available. However, we offer an optional upgrade for an additional $75, allowing you to indulge in the rejuvenating experience of our tubs. Priority is given to guests who book a stay of two nights or more, ensuring that they can fully enjoy the amenities and services we have to offer.     Where do I even start! Loved the time we spent at this site. Arrived at around 10:30 but was received even at that hour. Not just that, because I booked the bath tub on the same night, owners still arranged to get the temp of water warm enough for us and gave all the instructions. The campsite had everything you would get at a hotel. Warm blankets did helped on a cold night. Hot showers were a nice touch as well. You have everything you need for the night!

    I loved everything about my stay at Gary and Christine's site! Everything was clean, the bed was so comfy, the continental breakfast was so convenient. The peace and quiet was what me and my friend needed. They had everything I needed and more then what they say the offer on the site. The store on the property has stuff 50% cheaper then anywhere else. Gary was an awesome host. Checked in and took care of everything. The TUBBBSSSS I LOVED them. We got the spa kits and used everything. It was amazing 👏 I am DEFF. Staying again! Thank you so much!

    Amazing Glamping experience! Peaceful and very clean. Game shed for things to do. Clean bath house! And most of all very welcoming Owners who truly care about your experience.
