The land is wrapped in forest, creating an expansive yet intimate atmosphere alongside the clear, pristine waters of the creek—ideal for a refreshing (clothing-optional) swim. Our 6m Mongolian yurt offers a serene space for meditation, adding to the tranquility.
Amenities include a covered camp kitchen, a composting toilet, a wash sink, and filtered drinking water. Kids and families will love our 40m soccer field, giant swing, and swing set for smaller children. Well-behaved pets are welcome; just keep them leashed or under control.
Located just 1.2km off the Princes Highway, we're a short drive from Central Tilba and Cobargo, two charming villages with excellent food and shopping. The beaches of Mystery Bay and Camel Rock are a quick 15-minute drive, with Bermagui and its "Boneless Vegetarian Cafe" about 25 minutes away.

Siam Sanctuary offers a peaceful retreat where nature takes center stage. The campground is highly praised for its serene environment, with visitors enjoying activities like river swims, walks along the creek, and the giant swing. Shanti and Sol are appreciated for their warm hospitality, making guests feel welcomed and at ease. While the occasional road noise is noted, the overall setting creates a tranquil escape for families and solo travelers alike.
Was a lovely spot where we had a beautiful relaxing stay. Our dogs had a fantastic time going for a walk along the creek and we enjoyed listening to all the birds at sunset. We were a little disappointed to find the fridge didn't work and the water on tap wasn't suitable for drinking (quite brown), but the caravan was nice and the little solar lights were cute once it got dark.
Siam Sanctuary was a beautifully peaceful place and Sol and Shanti were gracious and welcoming hosts. This is a great location to relax and reconnect with nature. There’s a beautiful swimming hole, a bush trail and lots of bird life. There’s also a meditation/yoga yurt available for campers.
It’s close to the pretty town of Cobargo and not far from Bermagui.
Being unwell, I particularly valued discussions with Shanti.
We hope to revisit to reenergise! Highly recommended.
We had such a great stay. Chilling amongst the trees, waking to the morning chorus, dips in the river. The kids spent hours on the giant swing. Highly recommended
My family had a great time camping at Shanti & Sol's property. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place with Hipcampers. The grass was so soft, we had bare feet the whole time. We spent every day exploring the magical, crystal clear creek too.
Such a stunning property!! The creek was crystal clear and lovely after a good amount of rainfall. The caravan was so cute and tucked away in a perfect little oasis. Such a lovely getaway at Shanti & Sol’s property.
Stayed with Shanti and Sol for one night while passing through and it definitely wasn't enough time, we had such a soulful stay with nourishing river swims, times seems to stop and the land here literally sings to you! Will be back for sure, Thank you beloveds!
