Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We have a quiet bottom paddock for self-contained campers, easy road access and 15 minutes from Tathra / Bega / Merimbula. Seasonal creek, country outlook, your own camp spot, ideal stop over half way between Melbourne and Sydney along the coast. 3 hours from Canberra. 10 minutes drive from stunning Bournda National Park / Wallagoot Lake / Bournda Beach / Turingal Head / Bournda Lagoon. Outstanding bush walking, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking and fishing spots nearby. Happy to advise you on beautiful places to visit near us. Well behaved dogs are okay, we have horses and cattle nearby so they will need to be on the lead if this is new to them. Campfires okay when the conditions are right, please check with us first. We can provide firewood and eggs from our free ranging chooks for a small fee.Site 1 is a flat grassy space at the bottom of our hill. East facing, you may get morning mist that clears quite quickly most days. Guests will have to be self-contained, take waste with you and leave no trace. We live at the top of the hill and can assist if needed. We are only offering one campsite at this time, so you will have the space to yourselves. Please contact us if you have dog/s with you. They are fine, but we have farm animals around so they will need to be on the lead if not used to this. Please note - if there has been a lot of rain and the paddock is soggy we might have to move you to our top paddock which is near the house and less private. This is all weather access and we haven’t had to do this yet, but we will have this as a backup if needed. Thanks for your understanding. Extras we offer: firewood, eggs (seasonal availability), hire SUP / kayak/ electric bike.

My partner and I had a blast when we stayed with sef :) the area is beautiful and comfy. Sef was a great host! He even gave us some free eggs which we had the next day. They were so yummy!

Lovely little spot, not far from Tathra or Bega. Have the whole campsite to yourself. Host was very friendly, we actually stayed longer. Would recommend this spot.

Massively enjoyed our stay. It’s a large beautiful flat campsite with easy access. Short drive to some spectacular coastal towns.
