Wake up looking over the beautiful mountains 5 minutes from the Bellingen town centre. Bellingen, nestled in the lush, verdant embrace of New South Wales, is a town where nature and culture harmonize like a perfectly tuned symphony. Imagine a place where the rolling hills are draped in emerald rainforests, and the river meanders lazily through the landscape, reflecting the sky’s every mood. Bellingen pulses with a vibrant artistic spirit—its streets are lined with eclectic boutiques, galleries, and cafés that feel like an invitation to linger. The air here is alive with the scent of eucalyptus, the sound of birdsong, and the whispers of ancient trees. It’s a town that celebrates creativity in all its forms, from the lively music festivals to the markets brimming with local crafts and organic produce. Bellingen isn’t just a place you visit; it’s a place that lingers in your soul long after you’ve left.
The property offers a deck to park your van next which helps really take in the view. Keep in mind that it is the bay for self contained vans so you need your own toilet and shower. I only let two vans stay at any time so it is fairly private. Dogs are welcome but need to be on leash. This is an open block looking out to the mountains 5 minutes to the heart of Bellingen. It’s suitable for those that have vans that are self sufficient. Please bring own loo & water.
Dogs are welcome but keep them on leash as our neighbours have dogs and small children.
Camp fires are welcome but please ask before to ensure there is no fire ban on.
