Positioned only minutes from the stunning Tathra Beach, this fantastic vacant 3 acre elevated residential block features some of the best views on the coast. From mountains to the rear and the Bega River, Mogareeka and Boulder Bay expansively set out in front. Sunrise's have never looked so good! A cleared top section with easy access from the road. Choose where to park your van to get the best views. The block is connected to town water as well for use for drinking etc. Stay here and use it as a base to explore Bega Valley, Tathra, Merimbula/Pambula and all that is to offer. Visit the nearby beach. Take your boat and launch from Tathra or Mogareeka for ocean or river fishing.     Discover Tathra for your next adventure! Nestled in a quiet setting, this site offers stunning views that make waking up a delight. While not deep in the bush or outback, its central location provides easy access to the towns of Merimbula, Bega, and our new favorite, Tathra. With the added bonus of water available on-site, this spot is perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature without dust and dirt and sacrificing convenience

    While there was one angle where you get those promised views, this small site is located in a residential area, practically next door to a house. The grounds were neglected with overgrown weed, hard to find a flat spot and to complete the experience there was no signage (other than a "For Sale" sign) to help find the spot, not even a street number.

    We loved staying here by ourselves with the magnificent view to the ocean. Amazing sunrises. Kangaroos. Peace and quiet. Definitely recommend.
