Great spot! Excellent Hosts!
40 ft Class A
This is a great spot! There is a high end RV power connection with both 30 amp & 50 amp connections just like you would find at a campground. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We met some of the neighbors and they were welcoming and friendly. The houses across the street are on the Ohio river and we could see a bit of the river from inside our RV. There is beautiful grass all the way around the pad and and most of our RV was shaded by a mature Maple tree. We were in a 40ft Class A motorhome, we had no issues getting in and out and there was parking for our tow car. The water pressure was great and an RV drinking water hose was provided. WiFi was fast and the hosts were so kind as to allow us to receive a few packages and mail to the address. A little ways down is a bike path that we rode to an amazing pedestrian bridge that spans the Ohio river to the Kentucky side and we were able to ride our bikes to Kentucky from the property. Louisville is close by and easy to access and Jeffersonville is a quaint town with lots of sites to explore. We stayed 10 days and had plenty to do. Chris and Jodi are excellent hosts and we would not hesitate to stay again.

27 ft Class C
This was a convenient location for attending an event nearby in Louisville, KY. I was able to level my 27 foot Class C RV on the driveway and did not have any issues with the water hookup. Unfortunately, I was not able to hookup for the level of electric power as expected. There wasn’t a standard plug in, but rather, a long extension cord to bring the 50 amp power to the driveway. My dogbone adapter for connecting from 50 amp to 30, which works on normal power pedestals, was not compatible; in lieu of that, Chris provided a regular extension cord so it helped. I had to run my generator to have heat the second night of my stay, something I wouldn’t normally do because of the noise; however, I didn’t have another option for that at the time. The addition of a standard electric pedestal is recommended if providing that is to be included in what’s offered.

Close to i65 :)
27 ft travel trailer
We were looking for a night spot close to i65 while traveling home. Nice neighborhood. Chris was friendly and fast to respond to our last minute booking. Would recommend although we didn't get to explore the area. Saw some nice shops as we were leaving. P.S. No 30 amp plug available but 110 outlet worked for us.
