Best in Idaho: Finalist
Named one of the best Hipcamps to visit in 2023.
Learn more about this land: Come enjoy our little slice of farm living!  We are located southwest of Filer, Idaho in this historic community of Clover. Make a quick loop off Interstate I-84 and Highway 93 without back tracking. If you're traveling through Southern Idaho from Nevada, Utah, or the Pacific Northwest, our site makes a great place to stop for the night or stay and play for a few days. We are located about 20 minutes west of Twin Falls and 10-15 minutes south of Buhl and Filer. We are 45 minutes north of Jackpot, NV. The sunsets are beautiful and the little country church can be seen across the field. If you’re here on Sunday, you’ll hear the church bells ring at 10:30 am. You’re welcome to pet the bunnies, goats, pigs, and chickens and may get a visit from our dogs Clover and Stanley. The goats and rabbits are tucked back in the trees not far from the site. The chickens free range during the day but are put away at night. Power and water hookup is available for RVs and we just added a bathroom complete with toilet and sink adjacent to the campsite. You’re welcome to pick fresh fruit from the trees and our garden when it’s available. We’re just a few miles from public land great for off-roading and there’s a fun fishing pond in Filer or reservoir fishing further out. The site is in the back corner of our property- about 200 ft from the house but we’ll give you as much space as you’d prefer or you’re welcome to join us on the deck and socialize.  Thanks for looking at our listing!

A Delightful Experience.
7 m travel trailer · With kids ·
Our recent camping trip at "Camping on the Farm" was an absolute delight from start to finish! We couldn't have asked for more. Jaysa, our gracious host, and her daughters made our stay so pleasant. From the moment we arrived, Jaysa welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our kids feel right at home. She and her daughters took the time to show our little ones around the farm, allowing them to interact with and learn about the animals. It was a magical experience for the kids, and they haven't stopped talking about it since. The nearby church playground was an unexpected bonus that added even more joy to our trip. Our children had a blast running and playing in such a picturesque setting. It was a great space for them to burn off their energy after a long drive. We were treated to a wonderful sunset across the vast, serene fields. It was like a painting come to life! Soaking in the view was a great way to round out our day. The site is easy to get in and out of. The well-maintained roads and clear signage made the journey stress-free, and we were able to set up our campsite with ease. The facilities were clean and well-equipped, ensuring we had a comfortable stay throughout. "Camping on the Farm" is a true gem that offers an idyllic escape from cramped RV parks. The combination of genuine hospitality, the farm experience, the nearby playground, the sunset, and the convenience of the site made this a great spot to stop.

Quiet little farm

Quiet spot on a little farm away from the noise. Kids loved the animals. Water and electric was nice along with an outhouse with running water. Great place to see sunrise and sunset.

Cute farm camp

Super responsive hosts! They had things going on that day and did not get back until after dark but they were quick to answer any questions via the app and checked in with us when they did come home. The creatures were all well behaved and the site was clean and well cared for. It was a bit windy for a fire but they were kind enough to provide wood and a fire bowl for our use if we desired. The on site toilet was cute and very convenient. It was also less than 30 minutes to Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaysa’s property and appreciated their concern and willingness to help when we had a medical issue. Lovely site and lovely family!

This was a beautiful, convenient spot to stop on my way from Boise to Moab! Amenities were generous (such a cute outhouse!) and the family was friendly. I had plenty of space in the driveway to turn my car around, even with my motorcycle towing behind, which was a huge bonus. To top it off, the farm views were lovely and I was greeted by two delightful dogs! Would definitely recommend.
