Our farm consists of 180 acres and is home to a mob of sheep and at times, some of our Angus cows and calves. The camp sites are all secluded from each other and have their own view to the North over the hills of Winnejup. Guests can have a camp fire when burning restrictions permit but fire wood will need to be brought in by campers. During winter we offer truffle hunting tours at our other farm 8 kms away where guests can see truffle dog Bonnie working and can purchase truffle direct from the farm. The Blackwood River is a short 3 km drive away where the Winnejup bridge picnic spot is a great place to spend the day swimming or kayaking. There are numerous hiking or mountain biking trails that start 5 kms away at the Winnejup road - Elwins road intersection and run through the forrest. Throughout the year there are various farm jobs which guests are welcome to participate if they wish. Our grass fed Angus beef and lamb can be purchased from our online shop Blackwoodvalleyfinefoods.com.au where the produce is delivered to Perth.

We are fortunate to have the Warren National Park on our doorstep, and a commercial license to operate tours and camping in our National Parks. Graeme and I started WA Wilderness in 2014 as part of our 'Pemberton Discovery Tours' when the then 'Department of Conservation' realised that there were a lot of people who don't do camping due to a multitude of factors; these include: Time, Lack of Equipment, Newbie's who want to 'give it a go' before investing in expensive camping equipment and even baby moons, or camping with little children when every inch of space in the car is precious. So, we operate in the Warren National Park, it is some 8000Ha of National Park and stunningly beautiful Karri Forest, our campsites are located near the Warren River and are separate, so although you may see other campers you are not on top of each other. We set up everything for you, so all you have to do is turn up with your food and your family. To keep our pricing down we offer optional linen, so you can choose to bring your favourite doona. The sites are also unpowered however we offer 12V lighting and the option for a portable toilet. (There is a toilet on site as well.) There are steps leading into the river, the perfect place to paddle or dip your feet. We have a maximum of 8 sites on location here so there is plenty of space for privacy. We are only 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Pemberton, complete with wineries, galleries, restaurants, shopping and much more! You may also wish to join a tour or two - the Pemberton Tram runs daily, and we give you mates rates on our tours. We find our camps are perfect for busy people, who wish to try / go camping and value the opportunity to turn up to a complete camp, set up for you to enjoy from the start.

Blackwood Ridge Nature Park is situated on the Roebank property and as party of the first settlement in this area, both Roebank and the neighbouring Peninsula House have historical significance in Bridgetown. The Roebank Cottage was built in 1890 by the grand-daughter of John Septimus Roe who was a famous civil engineer contributing to the original town planning of Perth City and Roebourne. In the early days, Roebank was used for livestock grazing and had the largest shearing shed this side of Bridgetown used by the neighbouring farmers. Over the years the property has been used as a pear orchard, goat farm and other small farming activities. Today the property operates as a family hobby farm with short-stay accommodation along the river residences and nature park sites on the high points offering scenic views of the valley.

Situated in the southwest of WA, just 4km from Northcliffe, on Boorara Rd, with bitumen road frontage, is the Northcliffe Nature Park. There are many things to do in the area such as visits to lane pool falls, the Boorara tree, mount Chudalup, Windy Harbour, take advantage of the many 4WD tracks through the d’Encastraux National Park or catch up with some of the local history at the Northcliffe Museum. Sorry dogs are not permitted We can take tents, camper trailers, RV's and small caravans up to about 8 m is OK. We do not have power to the campsite. The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening. We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book. We don't want to be greeting people all hours as we are very busy so check in is 2 to 6pm. The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and Match) but campers can purchase lavender products on request. Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs so no need to bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning. Breakfast Basket or BBQ packs available, these are cook your own we supply all the ingredients and tools or dine in our cafe during your stay. Please note We are small and the sites are close together Our campground is not suitable for all children and we do not have entertainment for children, we reccommend other campsites that are better suited for children. Our Land is 70 acres of mostly native bush with large Karri trees surrounding the beautiful views of the Irwin Inlet. The area cleared is where the original Benson Family lived. The house was burnt down and they then left. We moved up here 40 plus years ago and have slowly cleared the area. We are only 7 kms to the wonderful Peaceful Bay where all amount of activities can be taken. Safe swimming, fishing, surfing and boating. The famous Tree Top Walk is approximately 20 kms away, with the local Bow Bridge Roadhouse 5 mins away.Also located at Peaceful Bay are the famous local fresh fish and chips. We are situated approximately half way between Walpole and Denmark. All of our sites have views of the Irwin Inlet. As we use dam water for watering our garden we do have open dams near by. Just wanted all guests to be aware of this. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pets are allowed on leash. Campfires are allowed as long as they are in a contained drum unless there is a total fire ban. We would let you know if this was the case. We have fire pits to hire for $15
