Our farm consists of 180 acres and is home to a mob of sheep and at times, some of our Angus cows and calves. The camp sites are all secluded from each other and have their own view to the North over the hills of Winnejup. Guests can have a camp fire when burning restrictions permit but fire wood will need to be brought in by campers. During winter we offer truffle hunting tours at our other farm 8 kms away where guests can see truffle dog Bonnie working and can purchase truffle direct from the farm. The Blackwood River is a short 3 km drive away where the Winnejup bridge picnic spot is a great place to spend the day swimming or kayaking. There are numerous hiking or mountain biking trails that start 5 kms away at the Winnejup road - Elwins road intersection and run through the forrest. Throughout the year there are various farm jobs which guests are welcome to participate if they wish. Our grass fed Angus beef and lamb can be purchased from our online shop Blackwoodvalleyfinefoods.com.au where the produce is delivered to Perth.

They are the largest land-locked mobile dune system in the southern hemisphere. You can explore by foot or by 4WD if you are an experienced driver. Yeagarup Lake is a gateway to the dunes and a great place to stop and enjoy a picnic by the water. The Greater Beedelup National Park is nearby where you can explore the many walking trails and check out the Beedalup Falls. Campers must have their own toilet facilities and take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Campfires are welcome when no restrictions are in place. Sorry, no pets.

There is currently an old original 1940s homestead as well as the remnants of a dairy. History is everywhere. There are spectacular 360-degree views from the top of the hill as well as dams and open woodland to explore. Just a stone's throw from all the attractions the region has to offer. - This is a working farm so although Pets are welcome they must be supervised and not be allowed near any livestock. - Please stay away from all sheds and equipment. CCTV is installed to monitor security in these areas. - There is a flushable toilet outhouse located at the back of the old homestead if you're up for a walk otherwise please bring your own toilet. The flushable toilet is NOT a dump point. Our septics capacity is limited. - Campfires are permitted during the open season. Wood can be collected from fallen timber and only for the use of the fires during your stay. Not to be collected and taken off the property. We are fortunate to have the Warren National Park on our doorstep, and a commercial license to operate tours and camping in our National Parks. Graeme and I started WA Wilderness in 2014 as part of our 'Pemberton Discovery Tours' when the then 'Department of Conservation' realised that there were a lot of people who don't do camping due to a multitude of factors; these include: Time, Lack of Equipment, Newbie's who want to 'give it a go' before investing in expensive camping equipment and even baby moons, or camping with little children when every inch of space in the car is precious. So, we operate in the Warren National Park, it is some 8000Ha of National Park and stunningly beautiful Karri Forest, our campsites are located near the Warren River and are separate, so although you may see other campers you are not on top of each other. We set up everything for you, so all you have to do is turn up with your food and your family. To keep our pricing down we offer optional linen, so you can choose to bring your favourite doona. The sites are also unpowered however we offer 12V lighting and the option for a portable toilet. (There is a toilet on site as well.) There are steps leading into the river, the perfect place to paddle or dip your feet. We have a maximum of 8 sites on location here so there is plenty of space for privacy. We are only 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Pemberton, complete with wineries, galleries, restaurants, shopping and much more! You may also wish to join a tour or two - the Pemberton Tram runs daily, and we give you mates rates on our tours. We find our camps are perfect for busy people, who wish to try / go camping and value the opportunity to turn up to a complete camp, set up for you to enjoy from the start.

The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening. We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book. We don't want to be greeting people all hours as we are very busy so check in is 2 to 6pm. The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and Match) but campers can purchase lavender products on request. Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs so no need to bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning. Breakfast Basket or BBQ packs available, these are cook your own we supply all the ingredients and tools or dine in our cafe during your stay. Our Land is 70 acres of mostly native bush with large Karri trees surrounding the beautiful views of the Irwin Inlet. The area cleared is where the original Benson Family lived. The house was burnt down and they then left. We moved up here 40 plus years ago and have slowly cleared the area. We are only 7 kms to the wonderful Peaceful Bay where all amount of activities can be taken. Safe swimming, fishing, surfing and boating. The famous Tree Top Walk is approximately 20 kms away, with the local Bow Bridge Roadhouse 5 mins away.Also located at Peaceful Bay are the famous local fresh fish and chips. We are situated approximately half way between Walpole and Denmark. All of our sites have views of the Irwin Inlet. As we use dam water for watering our garden we do have open dams near by. Just wanted all guests to be aware of this. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pets are allowed on leash. Campfires are allowed as long as they are in a contained drum unless there is a total fire ban. We would let you know if this was the case. We have fire pits to hire for $15
