We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the family bush cabin at Hope Valley. Anita is a very kind and hospitable host and the property is great to explore and to see animals including both domesticated and wild. The kids particularly enjoyed the animals and playing in and adventuring up and down the creek. The family cabin is well appointed and has everything we needed to make the stay a great one. You definitely need a 4WD to get up the driveway to the cabin itself. The outdoor hot tub (optional extra) is also great if of interest. Hope Valley is a great location to get away from it all and to relax - we hope to return again in the future. Very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time with our family! Karen and her husband are very friendly and helpful! The place is very beautiful ! We are going back again! One of the place in our favourite list! ❤️❤️! Everything is nearby my kids loved spending time with chickens and made memories of chickens hatching eggs! They love the swimming pool and the playground!

Our family had such a wonderful weekend away at Anita’s beautiful property. It was so peaceful, we explored the area on foot, along the creek and also in our 4WD up to a lookout high on the ridge. The horses visited us at our cabin several times, which was a highlight. The cabin was so private we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Definitely need a 4WD! And the drive to Anita’s property is so beautiful too.

We recently stayed at this incredible Platypus Bush camp by the creek, and it was an unforgettable experience. The tree houses are absolutely magical—nestled in the trees with just the right mix of comfort and rustic charm. Ours had a spacious king bed that made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a campsite. The creek itself is the real highlight. The camp spots sit right along the water, giving you peaceful views and the calming sound of running water all day and night. Whether you're relaxing in a chair by the creek or waking up to the soft morning light filtering through the trees, the whole place feels serene and refreshing. Everything is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. Highly recommend—this is one of those hidden gems you’ll want to visit again and again!

Great tucked away campsite in the trees , maybe a 4-5 minute drive into Agnes water, showers and amenities were nice , we stayed in a glamping tent for once and found it awesome not having to setup, had a little 12v setup in there with chargers for phones etc and a fan and lights.

Honestly the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable and cosy. Plenty of open space outside and great big firepit which we enjoyed. Cleanest composting toilet i have seen so far, can't say I'm much of a fan of them due to bad experiences but this one was very clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful and we had a great time exploring and hiking up to the Ridge, what a view! We had such a wonderful trip and will definitely be back again and again.

We truly enjoyed having heaps of space in nature, extra quiet nights and everything else that comes along with it. Place was as described and we didn't lack anything. Planning to go back again. Btw, you definitely need 4wd to get there. Lengths of the road are not suitable for a regular car.
