Past trip
in PHANTOM CANYON HIDEOUT, ColoradoTami and Larry sent very detailed instructions on how to get to their place with plenty of signs as well, Larry met us at check-in to orient us to the property and give some local suggestions for our stay. We loved how much space that was inside the wagon to store items for our 2-night stay (I think the wagon has the most room compared to the airplane and VW bus that is also on their property)! You can still see the other sites from your site but definitely far enough to feel like you have your own space. The mattress was appreciated inside the wagon too. Nice to have a dry flush toilet and sink with running water for the bathroom as well! And heed the warning, you definitely need AWD to get to the sites.
Past trip
in Glacier Getaway Bunkhouse and Lot, ColoradoJonathan's bunkhouse had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight in the mountains! Directions were very clear and communication was great. Watched a nice sunset over the mountains nearby and hiking to St Mary's Glacier from the bunkhouse only added about a mile of walking round trip!

I didn't get to meet Rhonda since she was out of town but she was kind enough to still accept my booking and have one of her neighbors show me around the barn for check-in! Also was lucky enough to stay in the barn that night with my bedding since it was available. Nice location still away enough from the city and with a scenic pond nearby!
Past trip
Stagecoach Acres
in Stagecoach Acres, NevadaPatricia was extremely accommodating! She offered her laundry room, gave us a jug of drinking water, and allowed us to borrow her table and chairs to enjoy the desert landscape as the sun set. She also gave us a tarp and umbrella for our tent site! Bathroom access in her house was open all night. Her quick, continuous communication leading up to the night we stayed helped us know exactly how to get there and arrange plans accordingly.
Past trip
in The Light Center, KansasRobin was super kind enough to let us sleep in the barn the night we stayed since it had poured recently (obviously not the best conditions to camp in)! We did get to explore around the property a bit and you could probably spend hours wandering the woods of Kansas there. The Light Center is a beautiful place with wonderful souls!
Emily hasn't gone on any trips yet.
